Working at Efficiency Enterprises has been the best thing to happen to me. I started as the company's first apprentice and have now become a full-time diesel mechanic. I love every part of my journey. My knowledge is growing rapidly; I went from knowing nothing about trucks to being able to change everything from tires to top rails and corner caps. The communication here is excellent. This is not just a company to me—this is my family. I love it. I want to run this shop one day, and I will.
